My daughter and I have been going to the Gould’s on Houston Levee for the past five years and in that time we have only had one bad experience. But, when Gould’s found out about our experience they made it RIGHT! I have worked in customer service all my life, and I have never seen a company bend over backwards to make a wrong situation right. I was just amazed at the attention given to my complaint and the means to address all of my concerns. My daughter and I recently had another Spa Day at Gould’s and left with a wonderful experience we both will remember.
