The staff is lovely, it is the most relaxing experience to get a head massage before my service and then a hand massage at the end. Very friendly, good attention to details and a great price for a haircut I'm really happy with. I recommend to all!

I just moved to Chicago and Gordon was very highly recommended to me. It is a beautiful salon, with lovely people and amazing products. However, I received the choppiest, most uneven and embarrassing haircut of my life. I went in twice; mostly for a just a bang trim the first time, and for damage control the next day. I'm so sad to report I will never return, because their overall ambience and customer service is phenomenal. But my hair looks as if I tried to cut it all off myself in the dark. I've never been this upset or horrified with a haircut before, and while I know there are much bigger issues in life, it's still quite a disappointment.

Brittany was an excellent esthetician! I loved the foot soak at the start of my session and the cooling mask! My skin feels great right now :)

The facial was great, very relaxing and my skin felt awesome afterward. My only complaint is I paid with a gift card, they would not allow me to put my tip on the gift card, nor run my credit card seperately just for the tip. I have 0 cash on me (like most people) and I had to leave without giving a tip - felt horrible. They should update their system to account for this.
