The massage I received with Barbara was awesome. The best I have ever had! Because of something I accidently did, I created a bit of unnecessary chaos. This could have been politely and quickly remedied. Instead, a second therapist blamed another client for not being clear on her request and proceeded to treat me as if I intentionally wanted to mess things up. In the process, she completely destroyed any positive benefits (stress reduction) I had gained from the massage and was clearly ruffling the other client prior to her facial. This is not the reaction I would have expected from an organization such as yours. I went for a massage for the first time in 2 years because I am incredibly stressed out. The searing glare received from the second therapist and the behavior she exhibited isn’t something I want to experience again. In fact, I am embarrassed enough with what I did and the results that followed to forgo any future massages here. I really don’t want to run into the second therapist. Since I anticipate my stress will not abate soon, Life Time Fitness will have to be my stomping grounds. Very Embarrassedread more …
