I am very pleased with the service provided by the eyewear consultant. Mr. Eric Leung was helpful, patient and professional. He is knowledgeable in the VSP insurance coverage and filing process, making it easy and convenient for a customer like me ( who is not familiar with the details ). He took the time to explain how best the plan works and assisted me in utilizing the plan that gives me the most coverage. I was also impressed with the high-tech prescription measuring device that checks the accuracy of the measurement taken manually. Now, I shall await and see if I would be satisfied with the prescriptioned glasses I ordered.

People are nice, but prices are much worse, nearly double market prices. Before you buy a frame, check it out online.

Staff walk around aimlessly during peak hours and claim they are busy when you ask for help. The consultants don't know anything and will leave at least 4 times to ask questions to other people. What a waste of time. They will act like they cannot see your problem with the glasses, and you have to fight them to make them see it. These consultants will take off their glasses, and say that they cannot see it. Um, hello? The women on the phone only know how to take your name and number and "get back to you" because they can't do anything themselves. They will lie to your face about the status of your glasses because they don't want to check. The manager will "approve" of something you requested to get you out of his office, even though the glasses are still unsatisfactory and the problem is visible. They don't answer your questions. They say they'll call, but they don't.

Does anyone see a problem with this? Don't go here.
