Upon entering, I was greeted by the consistently smiling receptionist, Judy. A short wait with some interesting magazines and a large screen TV, led me to a welcoming by Kelly, my dental hygienist. Her professional demeanor is always well tempered with entertaining stories and sincere concern for what has transpired in my life since our last visit. My visit ends with the mild mannered and compassionate, Dr. Stephan Klug. His expertise and empathy have been well noted since I have entrusted my smile to his care. Upon leaving, my cell phone rang and Denise asked if I left my sunglasses at Golden Oak. Now, that is friendly, attentive service!
Not everyone enjoys the dentist as much as I do. But, with these fine individuals, a dental visit is very pleasant.

Dr. Klug doesn't listen. I told him NOT to tell me I needed a root canal. He said I did. Oh well. On the positive side, the entire staff including Denise, Dawn and Dr. Klug are great.
