I'm switching from c-pap to an oral device; Dr. Gerber came to my attention through a mailer. This was a long appt. to do X-rays, take molds and try to determine the ideal fitting. Staff is as patient, friendly and informative as service providers everywhere should always be. Dr. Gerber takes all the time in the world to tell you what needs to be done and to do it right. He explains things that you've never thought were related to why you're there. He also goes above and beyond with supplemental resources. I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:20 appt. They took me back immediately. I left at 5:20, and Dr. Gerber was with me for about an hour and 40 minutes of those 2 hours. All to get it as right as he possibly can.

I left theoffice feeling that I was brushed off again by Dr.Gerber. This is the second visit that this has been done to me. I wanted him to explain to me how bad my tooth has gotten. He said no way to tell and said thank you and walked away leaving the hygenist to complete the conversation. I don't understand how he knows that I have a cavity but then when I asked if it has gotten worse he says he has no way to tell. I just want to know why he is not valuing me as his patient. If he continues this lack of interest with his patients they will find another dentist who will appreciate them and their business. Thank You.

At Gerber Dental Care we value each and every one of our patients. Dr. Gerber takes the time during his examination to review the hygienist's findings, and answer any questions you may have, however, he is not going to re-recommend treatment at each recall visit more than 3-4 times. It is never our intention to badger you or make you feel like a "bad patient" for not choosing to follow through with our recommended treatment.

My root canal was completely painless. I didn't even feel the needle going in when Dr. Gerber was numbing my mouth.
