I was told I needed work on my teeth I did not need as I went for second and third opinion to confirm. I never felt like such an object used to look for insurance fees like this before.

Whenever I had a dental appt. with my husband, a dentist in the Pan Am Bldg. in N.Y. many years ago, I always fell asleep. Such was the confidence that I felt then and that I experience now when I have an appt. at Gentle Dental in Cooper City. The professional but relaxing atmosphere is what I look for.

I took my 2 boys in for checkups and cleanings. They each had Jamie and Addy for cleanings- both did an excellent job! They were really good with both boys! I highly recommend either of them. Dr. Vignola was very good with the boys and discussing overall oral care with them without scaring them. I loved that she talked with them and not down to them. She was great at answering all my questions as well. The office overall is very friendly, clean, and efficient. We were in and out quickly and without any problems.

I have been going to this dental practise for more years than I can remember and I have always had excellent treatment there. Dr Shofnos is a great dentist who does does just what is needed.

The gentel dental of Cooper City has the best staff and doctors. My visits to the office are always pleasant. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. Great job Cooper City. Keep up the good work.

The only reason I continue to go to this office is because of Dr Shofnos, who has been my dentist for over 13 years and also for the cleanings. Since this office has changed from a private practice to Gentle Dental, there is a DEFINATE feel to the office as far as the front desk goes, which afterall, is where a patient gets their first impression. The women who run the front check in and check out are very impersonal and border line rude at times. Remember, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. I would recommend some customer service training and also a reminder to these women that without people walking thru that front door, they would not have a job. Tammy is great and even though almost all the hygenists I have had there have left (hint-hint) I will continue to come until I decide to follow Dr Toral who left and was one of the best dentists I have ever had!

As always, Tammy was friendly and professional. She made sure that my dental insurance plan would cover part of the payment. when I left, I felt like I had "new teeth".
