I would give the dentist, endodonist and hygienist five stars. They were awesome.

VIP Discount Program and charges for services-- ZERO stars.

By the time it was said and done I paid $1712.00 for a root canal/crown. That is after joining the VIP program that is supposed to save me up to 65%. Their billing system is the most confusing thing I have ever seen, followed by their treatment plan. I was told I would get a cleaning with the VIP plan and when I went in, I was told I didn't have the right plan. I walked out, never to return. Feeling ripped off!

My son who was 9 years old at the time had sealant done on this teeth. The Hygienist who performed the procedure put the sealant machine on my son's chest because the tray was positioned in an awkwardly. She then told my son who was uncomfortable and fidgeting not to move and the machine (sort of looks like a blow dryer) is expensive. He later told me that he didn't like that the lady (hygienist) who put the thing on his chest.

Making an appointment is a challenge. I was told in the office they will call me to make an appointment. After a month with no call, I called in for an appointment which the receptionist took my name/number to call me back which never happened. Third attempt another month later and I was put on hold for a long time. When I finally got an appointment, they couldn't schedule me around my work schedule unless it was 3 months away. I cancelled my family's appointments and changed dentist.

I have made 2 very important calls to the office asking to speak with the hygienist (kelly ann)or dentist (dr Perez). No one has returned my calls. The secretary told me she would give them the message??????????????? Is there an explanation for this

This is a large chain dental clinic and I did not expect much from my visit. I am new to Florida and needed dental care. I had the same dentist in a small dental office in Illinois for 20+ years.

I was completely and totally WOW'd by the staff and services. My dental tech, hygienist were professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Rodriguez was great! And - my teeth were noticeably whiter after just one cleaning and visit.

Thank you Gentle Dental! I will return and you will be my dental team for the next 20+ years!

I had an 8:50 appoint. When I got there I watch several people who came after me went before me. I was a little upset because I got there on time. When the dentist came by, I forgot his name but he's an older man he was so nice then I forgot about the wait.

This was my daughters first visit & the staff (Sandy & Dr. Patel)

were great with her. Unfortunately if you are an adult there are long waits in between appointments and if you need a lot of work they ask you to apply for their credit card to pay rather than being able to make payments. If they were a little more personal with us adults like they are with the kids I would give 5 stars.
