I had a wondeful experience as always. The staff and Dr. Inn are always kind and friendly. The only negative thing I would say is the amount of time spent in a waiting room or in the dental room. I spent over an hr waiting for my cleaning. I would like to see faster service. Overall I love this office and the service that I am given !

We pride ourselves in providing an excellent patient experience each and every time you are in our office. I apologize for the wait time you experienced on your last visit. Please understand that it is our intention to see all patients at their scheduled appointment times, however there are often factors beyond our control, such as emergency patients that need immediate care.
Love this office but cleaning appts. are so backed up I may have to go elsewhere !! I don't want to.
Treated me great. Dr. took the time to explain all aspects of the eye exam. He actual explained stuff that 30 years of wearing glasses/contacts other doctors have not. I felt like a valued and important person and was not rushed.
