In my opinion your FOCUS should be on your DISSATIFIED custumoers and how you can better serve their needs . Afterall, good customer service is what makes a business thrive !!!!!! Thank you!

I had an 11 o ' clock APPIONTMENT , sat in waiting area for nearly 2 hours because receptionist kept telling me my dental coverage was not active which was PROVEN to be UNTRUE . All that should have been sorted out before appointment was scheduled !!!!!!!!! As a WALK- IN, I 've been seen quicker than two hours !!!!!! ALL TIME IS OF EQUAL VALUE .....

The staff are friendly and provided me with excellent care.Only had one problem on my first visit and after i explained my issues,my problem was solved.

I had to get my tooth pulled. EVERYTHING was explained to me in full detail. The whole process was quick and painless. In fact, I didn't know that they were finish until I was told that I did good.

Work done in timely manner. It used to take at least three hours to visit, now Dr. Byrne has it down to about half that time.

Everyone from the receptionist (who is the first person you meet) to the dentist has a way of making you feel at ease by explaining the procedures, doing the procedures with little to no pain and taking time to make sure you are comfortable. Also they helped in matching my Co-pays with the procedures so that it was not a financial hardship to have the necessary work done.

The appointment went well although they gave me a price to pay then called me the next day to tell me it was a miscalculation and i owe more. Other than that i would describe my visit as good.
