my daughter waited an hour and a half to be seen her cleaning was 5 minutes, dentist was super nice, but we we're there for 3 hours! people seemed overworked and stressed out, worst dentist experience . both dentists we're nice though

This is the biggest scam ever. They estimated my dental work to cost over 7 grand and told me i needed all kinds of work done. In the end I just needed to replace a couple fillings. Cost me 6 hundred.

I always feel well cared for when I come to the dental clinic. The only negative is the sometimes lo-o-o-ng wait between the checkup and the cleaning.

When the dentist is running late, it would be nice if someone let me know in the waiting area. Also, when one is not seeing the dentist she is scheduled with (I had no idea Dr. "J" had left and I would be seeing a new dentist), it would be polite for the front desk to advise me beforehand. Once I got in the chair, everyone was very polite and the check-out procedure went smoothly.

Today I received a phone message from one of your "solicitors" asking if my husband, Donald, would like to schedule an appt. since he had not been seen since 2004. I did not have the heart to phone your office and remind you that he was deceased in Feb. of 2005! I'm positive that I gave that info to someone in 2005 and its amazing that his file has been kept nearly 8 years since his death!

Again, my experience was very good. I was lead to 'my room' as soon as I arrived & attended to immediately by the attendant & Doctor. Replaced all of the rubber-bands & back in my car within 20 minutes. Thanks for the immediate attention.

We had special needs and were treated with a lot of caring and respect. I am his wife responding in his behalf, and I must say I was initially upset with the plan for his front tooth.
