My family and I have been a patient at GMS for a long time. A couple of months back I noticed during my appointment that the front desk has a new set of staff. All the old staff are gone, and they are the nicest, most helpful, courteous and the most professional staff, and that is probably why we stayed with GMS. In this last visit is the worst. First, I received a call the day before our (my husband and I) appointment confirming my husband's appointment at N. Loop location. I did not understand it because we've been going to Sugarland location from the beginning, so my husband called his insurance and change it. Then, the day of our appointment , I received a call asking me if my husband and I can come earlier than scheduled, and I said No. Billing is a problem also. Usually payment is due after the service, and in my previous visit, I was informed that it was no cost on my part. Then, a month later I received a bill so I mailed my payment. The following month, I received another bill, then another bill after that. Total of three bills even after I made the payment. All these never happened to me and my family before when you had good and competent front desk staff. I will get out of GMS and assure all my family members and my friends will do the same. Worst experience after a long time.
