First, it is very difficult to get an appointment for my family. Second, haven't been able to see a Dr. in a year now (not by my choice), and haven't had xrays in a year. Third, our hygenist was a temp and her equipment left my daughter and I soaked after a simple cleaning. If the clinic wasn't prepared for patients, they should have cancelled us and rescheduled. I have had to come to GMS for about 5 years and I am very unhappy with my care. I will not be returning and will make sure everyone at the Methodist Hospital System knows about the crappy care its employees and their families receive!
