My vision appointment had some qualities, while most of it was very upsetting. They didn't call and one month later we had to drive down, and they had my lenses mixed up, they were reversed of what they were supposed to be, and they had claimed they called me, while we have had no call. They then had to cut new lenses while I had no glasses for a month. Disappointing but with very few qualities.

My appointment was so pleasant and comfortable. Each part of my visit from the front desk to the assistant that gave me the initial eye test to Dr Tracy Ammann who examined my eyes each one was truly caring and kind making me feel my visit was important to them.
