Relaxing facial treatment. Having the mineral make-up out on at the end since I was going out was a nice surprise. It would be great if add-ons, like paraffin hand wax treatments, could be added to facial treatments. An overall good experience.

I am pleased with the results of my facial with Yasmin. My only concern would be that she uses lots of different fragrances with the various lotions and products for the facial. She did not tell which ones she was using until almost at the end, I asked her about one she used on my eye lids, as it was irritating my skin. I have had many facials before this time, and think it would be advisable if whoever is doing the facial would let the client know what is being used, just in case there was an allergy or problem with a particular product. Over all, it was a good experience.

I was hoping I would get one of these so I can tell you how magnificent my experience was. I made my appt with "Jennifer" but was quite surprised when the Jennifer I was booked with was not "my" Jennifer. I've had several stylists at Forte due to people coming and going. So, I had the "other" Jennifer color, cut, and blow my hair. OK, CAN I SAY SHE WAS FABULOUS?! Things always work out the way they are suppose to! I LOVED the way she did my hair and she was so nice. The girl at the front desk was also very kind and made my experience totally enjoyable. I'll be seeing my "new" Jennifer on Thursdays from now on. :)

Pleasant experience and I will be back for another visit. Courtesy and professional staff. The highlighting took a bit longer than I had expected but I understood since I had never been there before. The stylist explained why. She even squeezed in my 6 year old daughter for a haircut in the end. Appreciated the service!
