Although there were only 3 other customers that I could see - 2 in the hair salon and 1 for a pedicure , I still had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time before my technician approached me. She did apologize for running late and was pleasant, however she seemed very distracted during my service.
The room for the pedicures must have at least 8 - 10 seats and with only 1 other customer you would think they would seat us around the room for some privacy and instead sat me right next to the only other customer and then I sat and waited. The technician taking care of the other customer did not acknowledge me in any, didn't say "....sorry for the delay.....your technician will be with your shortly..." nothing at all...not even hello. I wasn't actually sure if the she was going to take care of both of us or what the situation was. I would HIGHLY recommend not jamming 2 people next to each other when customers are paying for a SPA experience.....a more relaxing atmosphere is desired.
My experience was about the same as if I had gone to a walk in place for $30.
