The massage was enjoyable, but the atmosphere has greatly declined. Most of the "secure" lockers are broken, I wasn't offered water during my visit, the lounge where we wait was dirty, and no longer offers a chocolate fountain, information cards were stained and unable to be marked on, additional "free" services were not offered. Overall a very disappointing experience compared to past visits.

We are sorry the atmosphere did not meet our usually high standards. The chocolate fountain had been sent away as a part of it's regular maintenance, but we are pleased to say it is back in place now. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us the opportunity to ensure future visits do not disappoint.

This was my first experience at a spa and you can bet I'll be a repeat client. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped add to the relaxing atmosphere. We are considering a group day for our wedding party.

The past two times I've gotten my hair done, I've come to Five Senses. I have long hair and most hair dressers seem almost annoyed by the end of the appointment due to the length of time my appointments generally last - that's why I decided in January to try Five Senses!

Sara has been my hairdresser both times I've come to Five Senses. She has made my experience absolutely wonderful. - It is something I look forward to every few months instead of dread now! She not only is my favorite stylist and colorist I've ever had, she is so pleasant to be around! Her scalp massage is so relaxing. I have never been more pleased with a facility and a staff member! She is the reason I keep coming back!

I had an eyebrow wax appointment at 5:15 and it was moved to 5:30, which wasn't that much of an inconvenience since I work in Peoria until 5PM.

The only issue that I have is that I feel like the lady who waxed my brows could've given them more attention. I noticed that when I got home I still had a bit of wax at the end of my left brow and there were still some stray hairs there as well that I think she could've gotten with the wax or tweezed them. Maybe she was in a hurry because I was moved to her instead of the usual lady who does my brows.

Either way, what keeps me coming back is the good service that I get when I go there, whether I go for my hair or a wax. And this time, the service was a little mediocre and didn't meet my usual expectations.

The staff (receptionist and technician) were great. I love my nails! Next time, I would like the technician to offer to place a towel over the UV drying machine.
