I did not receive the proper manicure I requested and paid for. I paid #35.00 for the Elemental Nature but received the Essential service. I enjoyed the nail technician who did my nails and didn't realize that I did not receive the requested services until I was driving home. I should have paid more attention as when I was directed over to the nail colors to chose before my appt time by the receptionist I had to correct her what my appt was for. Both the nail technicians were great. (I had mani and pedi) Very professional and pleasant. Only negative is that I paid for something I did not receive. I would like someone to call me so we can discuss a reimbursement of the difference of dollars.

Was there for 3 hours for highlight lowlight. Color hid highlights and ended up too dark for what I wanted. Didn't want to stay there any longer. Even paid extra for toner and repair treatment.

I have problems getting numb, but this dentist actually took the time to figure out why, then he corrected the problem. I am very grateful! It was a great experience. However, I was charged for 5 fillings when I was told I only ended up getting 3.... The dentist is amazing, just not sure if I was billed correctly.
