I came to Family Tire to have my car inspected and the tires rotated after having my oil changed
at the dealership. The tech at the dealer had found that one of the battery terminals was loose,
so he removed it, cleaned the terminal and replaced it. Unknown to me was that that procedure
wiped out the memory in a number of devices including the oxygen sensors, making the car
ineligible for inspection. It took me 3 days of driving with returns to Family Tire each time before
the sensors were working again. Each time the customer service rep was very helpful in testing
the car. He was, indeed, a credit to the business. Thanks for the help.
