All the staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that I was not told over the phone when I made my appointment that if I lived far away I would be required to stay the night in Fresno.

The staff was great. Made me feel very comfortable. They were very informative on letting me know what was going to be done &what to expect. Also, they need a flat screen in the back rooms. Its very quiet, a tv or something would help with the waiting. Makes the nervous feeling go away a bit
