I was actually going to send a card so I am glad to do it this way. I was a little down yesterday and my visit both professionally and personally was fantastic. Everyone was so pleasant and helpfull and the patience and service was above and beyond. I have been a patient of Dr. Siegal since 1986 and I plan to always be. (do not groan!!). Thank you for everything. Bunnie

I boarded Gizmo for a few days due to my husband having surgery. When I picked him up, I was not told how he behaved or anything. He smelled terribly and I was not offered a tour of the boarding facilities. He was panting very hard and when I got him home, he dropped on the floor, still panting very hard and he did not move until late that evening. The boarding at your facility is good for quick in the need boarding like we had, but if we were to go on vacation, we would not board him there. A breed like Gizmo, a Shitzu, cannot be locked up in a kennel in extreme heat for extended periods of time. It makes them very sick. They suffer from heat stroke quickly. I feel he was suffering needlessly from heat and the care staff should be able to recognize when a dog is in stress. Also, a complimentary bath would be a plus. I would pay extra for that. Thank you.
