This was my first appointment here and I was not pleased with the wait times. I was at your office from 8:45 until 10:50. The Doc had an emergency and I understand that complicates his schedule. However, when I was moved to a small room for testing, I feel that I was forgotten.
In spite of all this, I was very pleased with the quality of the exam and the care I received.
Eye Care Associates of Charlotte, P.L.L.C. replied:
We sincerely apologize for the long wait you experienced on your first visit to our office. Although we can't predict an emergency it is not an excuse for your wait time and the feeling of being forgotten. We hope you will not base this first experience on future appointments.
