Cleaning and checkup; knowledgable staff, I came a few minutes early and they took me in, one thing that was off/odd was when I was done with the cleaning and checkup and went into the room to set up a treatment plan and I asked "Does sugarfree gum cause tooth decay"? I was told I needed to make another appointment if I had any further questions. . . . Immediate sour note.
Excel Dentistry replied:
Sorry for that miscommunication! While we try to answer all questions, our financial and scheduling consultants (who you spoke to ragrding the treatment plan after your appointment) is not trained clinically and not able to answer certain questions. In the future we will be glad to ask one of the dental assistants or hygienists :) Thanks so much for your feedback!

Service at the office is awesome. My only issue was being able to contact them over the phone. But in the office the place is very clean and staff is kind and alert to clients needs.

Lets sum it up...for someone who does not like going to the dentist, I will be going back in 6 months. They listened to my "fear" of the dentist and took it seriously.
