I thought my appointment was at 3:20 but it was at 2:40; the staff was still very kind and let me come in and still get two cavities filled. I don't want to be known as the guy that misses appointments or is late all the time but I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule as I run my business and I really appreciated the accommodation and kindness that I experienced Tuesday afternoon.
