My cut was great! I love my stylist Ashley. We always talk about what we're going to do beforehand. This time the person at the front desk tried to direct me to get my hair washed before I even saw my stylist, though, which is insensitive. The reason we consult with hair dry is so the stylist can see how the hair texture and shape work together in real life. I ignored their instructions and was a bit annoyed they tried to tell me that. But that was a minor thing and has only happened once.
