Had damaged frames that had to be replaced, but the optometrist did a repair on the frames so that I could use my glasses until the new frames arrived -great service.

Good doctor and technician, good insurance acceptance, but shoddy office staff attitudes and the appointment overall took way too much of my time (2.5 hours). The particulars: i arrived 10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment. i had both VSP and EyeMed insurance coverages; both were accepted. One of the women checking me in was a bit surly in answering my question as to which of the two insurances would provide the best coverage. She had assumed with some attitude that i wanted to use one to cover charges that the other wouldn't, which i'd not mentioned or even thought of. Then they were about a half hour late for my appointment, so i sat in the waiting room for a while. Once the technician called me in, my experience was much better. She was friendly and efficient. The equipment was clean, functioning well and up to date. Both the technician and the optometrist (Dr. William Aston) were personable, knowledgeable and good at what they do. Then the time came to order two pair of eyeglasses. The optician suggested billing one pair against EyeMed and the other against VSP, which happily saved me some money. But she was not a regular employee but a temporary fill-in, and had trouble with insurance pricing and was not familiar with Vision Source's computer system. She was good at explaining the different options for glasses, but her lack of familiarity was time-consuming as she asked other busy people to help with pricing and entering my info into the computer. i left there at 4:20pm, 2.5 hours later, for something that has taken about an hour at other places.

I always receive exceptional service at Eagle Ranch. Dr. William Aston examined my eyes and gave me the perfect contact lens prescription. In fact, I actually live in Mississippi, but came for an eye exam while I was visiting family.

I always have an excellent experience at Eagle Ranch Vision Source. Everyone there always makes you feel comfortable and doesn't 'rush' you through the process. They want you to have your best vision possible...and if that means spending a little extra time with me... so be it! Thank you Eagle Ranch Vision Source for making me 'see clearly now'!!

My daughter and I had a very thorough eye exam and Dr. Melissa was very informative and professional! And that smile of hers!! Wow!! All of the staff we dealt with was friendly and cheerful and we had a great visit once again.
