It was so nice to have a doctor sit down with me and talk about what going on in away that I can understand. My last ear doctor visted with me only 3 min in counting and then I had to pay $60.00.

This was a much better expericene and I'll be sticking with the ENT Institute for years to come.

I think Dr Alvarez is on top of my situation. My son also has a CPAP machine and my son ask me was Dr. Alvarez gettimg me a machine with a heat humifier on it, so you can do hot or cool. If you would like me know I would appreciate it. Thank you,Betty Rose 800-841-1233 X240

I have been impressed with the office staff, Dr. French, and most aspects of the practice. I was not impressed at all with the no return phone call from the nurse when I desperately needed help.

Our policy is to contact patients same day unless call was non urgent and received after 4pm then call will be returned the following day. Emergent calls are always to be returned same day. I appreciate being referred to another facility for my CT scan when the machine in Alpharetta broke down. It was holding up my appointment with my doctor.

The equipment you rent out is crap. I got a better quality mask while in the hospital and now am getting a quality night's sleep.
