Christian, a superior customer service provider, took this into account. He itemized each thing that needs repair along with A) the cost of the repair and B) prioritized the most potentially dangerous items in need of repair. He pointed out one of the repairs needed before I could safely travel long distances during the holiday season. The staff and service is just excellent. I was contacted with a price twice before any work was done on the vehicle. I picked up my car within 24 hours...unheard of. This was on a weekend wen the car would have sat in the lot till Monday and repaired by then following Wednesday at best.
