Hi,

dr. Katz pulled one of my rotten beyond repair teeth.

Sitting in the dental chair, I kind of expected to have some kind of fight (the doctor pulls the tooth, I pull in the other direction, get strapped to the chair and so on...) Well, it was not the case! Everything was going smooth, well and painless...Really it was easier than expected except that now, bearing in mind my very good experience, I started to play with the idea of pulling all the remaining teeth at Dr. Katz cabinet, regardless of their health.

To put it shortly, I have only good words about my experience.

I was very nervous to the have a skin graft procedure done for my receding gums, Dr. Katz and his staff were very nice, kind and accommodating.

On my post grafting check up, Dr. Katz did a great job educating me on further care for the tender area and so far so good, I am very pleased at the results thus far.

My experience was good. The assistant I had was very nice and made me feel at ease. I forget her name though. My mouth is a bit raw today but I'm guessing that is just part of getting three fillings at once.

I wish I could say I'm thrilled to be doing it all over again next week ;) nothing to do with the service, I'm just not a huge fan or dental work.

I am always satisfied with the work you do on my teeth and with the service in general. The only thing that I found less than excellent was that you were running late, which I understand can happen, and I don't have a problem with it, but no one acknowledged it and said "sorry, you've had to wait" or something along those lines.
