I went in for a crown and was very impressed with Dr. Kosdon and his Nurse Kristen. They handled my fear very well and Kristen was very methodical and caring. The front office girl is also very good and friendly. I left my other dentist because of the girl in the front.

Dr. Kosdon and his staff are awesome. Dr. Kosdon is a very skillful and experienced dentist. He did a full mouth restoration on me 5 years ago and I see him for my regular checkups. I love seeing Laura, the hygienist for my cleanings. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and down to earth.

Dr. Michael & his staff give a very friendly personal touch and meets your problem straight on with no fancy words to make you guess what needs to be done.

After having a root canal and crown placed on an admittedly poor tooth, and a previous trip to get it re-cemented in place, my crown actually broke while eating an egg burrito. The aide who re-cemented my tooth must have done a terrible as my gums around the crown never felt the same, staying sensitive and tender for over 9 months.

Upon going back in to see what they could do I was informed 'it's just a bad tooth' and that the entire thing would have to be extracted and a complete implant was now needed. Mind you, this was after I had spent over $2,000 on suggested steps already. Since I don't have insurance I asked for the hole in my mouth to just be closed up. I was charged $245 - $150 to close the gap/hole in my mouth and a $95 'consultation' fee. Consultation fee?! For what? Telling me the same things I'd been told on my previous visit? Or that I just have a 'bad tooth'?

Dr. Kosdon is one of the nicest dentists (and people) I've met but after all that time and money (again, over $2,000) I'm left with no tooth in my mouth and shoddy advice from aides. Unfortunately, I won't be going back here - I didn't feel as though any compassion was shown for the problem, especially considering I had only followed advice from trained professionals.
