I started going to Dr. Viola when I lived in Sea Breeze, and I continue going to him now that I live in Gates. The hygienist always does a good job. I trust Dr. Viola and feel that he has always done right by me. It is worth the drive for me to go to an office where I feel comfortable.

I have had nothing but positive experiences until my last appt. The salon coordinator (Receptionist ) was very unfriendly. when you walk in to an establishment you want to feel welcomed not like your an inconvenience. I don't think she smiled once the entire time I was there, this is not the type of person you want greeting your clients. I was very uncomfortable when checking in and checking out her demeanor was almost rude like and I had a difficult time not stooping to that level and being rude back....Other then that the salon is wonderful, the services provided are always top notch .read more …
