I am terrified of the dentist, Dr Barnes had been my dentist for over 10 years. He was sensitive to my fears and very gentle and always took time to massage my fears. Having Dr Klochak for the very first time do fillings was frightening for me, however, he too assured me he would not hurt me and would make it as painless as he could. I Must admit his chair side manner was just as good as Dr Barnes, he and his assistant calmed my fears. They allowed my daughter to be in the room with me too. I remember someone rubbing my clenched hands. That in itself brought a calmness to me. I asked Dr Klochak to not hurt me, and yes I felt some discomfort, but nothing like I anticipated. Thank u Lord. I did have an allergic reaction and ended up with a swollen lip, not sure what caused that. But, I returned the next day and Dr Kolchak immediately examined my lip. He gave me advice on what to do and again calmed my fears. When Dr Barnes retired, I seriously considered leaving this practice as well, but I am glad I gave Dr Kolchak a chance to prove himself and his Dentistry skills. So far, he has proven his ability to show me patience, kindness, attention, professionalism, and a caring spirit and so far pretty darn good dental work and advice on my teeth. Even though I am almost 62 I have no dentures and pretty good healthy teeth. Thanks to Dr Barnes/Dr Kolchak's Dentistry. Thank you Dr Kolchak for living up to your word and making my first visit with you with very minimal pain. I appreciate your taking the time to calm my fears, I appreciate your caring spirit. B blessed Sir and b a Blessing. Ms Sandra Green.
