I'm giving one star because I liked Seth, he was very friendly and seemed to have some idea of what he was doing. Regardless, I went two days in a row, day one cut and day two color. Spent a total of 10 hours there and received a subpar haircut and over 50 foils which resulted in my entire head of hair turning a shade darker. Cool. Coulda done that with a box dye in thirty minutes for $6. Also. The whole Paul Mitchell system of bleaching your hair before they'll put color in it is ridiculous.. My roommate got a cut as well and her request for long layers resulted in an lifeless one length bob. I will not be returning. They take forever, they don't listen, and they push you products to sell. I hope to god I never run across another Paul Mitchell trained stylist.read more …
