Donald Auto Repair is a twenty year old Hollywood establishment with five employees who operate and manage a full service repair facility along side a self serve gas station. Two technicians on staff are certified master mechanics. We strive to build long term relationships with customers whose vehicles need routine maintenance and the occasional repair. We offer the same services as the dealership, with a personal touch. Our workmanship is backed by both our own two year warranty on repairs and a NAPA nation wide warranty. My car was diagnosed correctly and repaired at a fair price. They did a good job on my old car. I recieved a 2yr warranty on the work and all the work was explained.
Gary and Karen are kind people. They treat people the way we used to back in the day, with kindness and respect. They know everyone by name and go out of their way to help folks.

You have kept our cars on the road. When we drop our cars off at your shop you always seam to be able to get the back on the road. You give us a fair price and the right advise as to what is wrong with our cars.

I recently brought my truck in with some AC service needs as well as additional maintenance concerns. The Donald's listened to my concerns, and inspected my truck. The shop called later that morning and explained what needed to be done. I was able to pick my truck up that afternoon, and it is running much better. Overall, very satisfied.

problem was liquid moving close to steerwheel.
$265 later still the same problem.I called in, Gary told me to bring it back , which I plan to do soon.
