Dr. Palmer first started being my dentist when my own dentist told me that he could not schedule to cap my tooth for a month and a half. This dentist had been my dentist for about 10 years. Dr. Palmer told me to come to his office the next morning at 8am, when he wasn't even scheduled to open on Friday. He has been my dentist ever since and that has been about 10 years. He and his entire staff are wonderful. I cannot say one bad thing about him or his office staff.

Will not be returning to this office ever. Lovely location, great staff, Dr. Palmer turned out to be less understanding than I had hoped. After consulting with him regarding my beliefs and immediate dental needs, I felt Dr Palmer was the right dentist for my family and I. I was completely honest with him during the consultation regarding my apprehension of the upcoming necessary procedure(s). He assured me he understood, and we would get through this.

This particular (partial) tooth extraction did not go well at all. There is no real value to my going into extreme detail here about what needed to happen.

It was clear I would have to return after only a portion of my molar snapped off when Dr Palmer aggressively began the extraction. Even though I asked Dr Palmer specific questions about some possible outcomes prior to his beginning, he dodged the question and immediately began his attempt. His total disregard for my concerns created even more anxiety for me. Needless to say I was done before he began.

Here is the offending remark though, which I am quick to share with anyone and everyone I now come into contact with. My comment and concern was that if he was unable to extract this tooth that day, that I was nearly certain I would never return for the second attempt. And on that note Dr Palmer very arrogantly stated; " Oh, you'll be back.... When it hurts enough".

Although Dr Palmer was the only practice in town which subscribes to certain beliefs regarding oral hygiene and whole body health (plus oxygen/ozone therapy) this does not justify such an arrogant response! How quickly one forgets it is THE PATIENT who pays for his practice, his staff and his salary. (Not to mention his Country Club Dues, and Greens Fees!)

So "No Dr Palmer. I won't be back".

An excellent environment , just bring a sweater. The air conditioning is quite low. The dentistry level is superb.

Did not have to wait.

Cleaning was gentle.

Hygentist was pleasant and through.

Appreciated the Ozone treatment to help correct deep pockets.

After a night of walking the streets in pain, I placed a call to Distinctive Dentistry. I was immediately offered the help I so desperately needed. Upon arriving I was promptly seen, diagnosed and treated. The treatment I received was over the top. I have great confiddence in Dr Palmer. His staff is not only well qualified, but is extremely freindly and make you as comforable as possible.
