Exam and office are excellent, however prior to apt., staff repeatedly calling to do a phone medical history is too aggressive. I would prefer to fill that information out via an i pad myself rather than answering the questions. I also believe that is suppose to save time and it only saves your time, not mine as I waited 20 min and I could have easily filled that out. That is the second time I had to spend all this phone time only to sit and wait again on my time. That process needs to be re evaluated....very heavy in front office staff. Services are great but process is a problem.
