I came in for a filling which fell out. The assistant took xrays and brought them up on the monitor. It looked like the image was too far back and told her. She took another and didn't post it until the dentist joined us. The dentist proceeded to tell me my problem was in my gums. When he looked in my mouth, he tersly instructed his assistant to xray the tooth with a hole in it. She said I'd moved the imager with my toungue. Finally, the dentist advised a root canal. I set up the appointment and was given a cost sheet which I was told to sign. When I came back for the root canal, had the procedure completed, went t the desk to pay, was told (like I had some nerve) that they can't possibly honor my agreed to $700. I insisted after which the woman told me the crown part would now be $200 more. I also had a billing problem with you a few years ago when I was told that my visit from 6 months prior had been under billed and that to see a dentist that day, I'd have to pay this addition before hand. I did so but was always unhappy about it. Recently, I discovered that my daughter has had similar problems as did her friend at work. I am very unhappy with Dentaland of Melbourne.

i do trust DENTALAND but it looks like you guys DON'T NEED PATIENTS RIGHT ( many time i called that they let me wait 15 minutes or more and time valueable very importante to me;i understand you guys busy but you might let me know how long do i wait; need improve medical bill to.

i have been with you for so long;and you do not expect less customers do you?

Everything was fine, the only problem I have is that the office said at my next cleaning it would be 65 Dollars, I never paid mor than 45Dollars, wherever I went. I,m on a fixed income and every dollar counts. Respectfully, Ed Phelps

I went in for a root canal and am EXTREMELY upset. Nobody told me that I was going to need an $800 crown in additional to the $1050 root canal. The person at the front desk said, "I don't know why that wasn't discussed with you....". really? REALLY??? I would have just had the tooth pulled! I feel very cheated and I hope your employees aren't pressured to be dishonest. Every time I go in, it's another $100. I scheduled a cleaning for my husband and I--I was told it would be for a cleaning--only to find out that it was so the dentist could DECIDE what type of cleaning I would need. Probably something more than what my insurance will cover. I can tell you now, that appointment will be canceled. Now, needing a crown that I didn't know about, you have me by the neck to spend more money. After this is over, I will never go back and I WILL spread the word about how you cheat people.
