My visit was very pleasant, however the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and lacked good customer service skills. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

the folks at Coast Dental in Fayetteville (GA)were wonderfully kind, pleasant folks. I appreciated their caring nature throughout the "visit." Being one of those who does not do well at the dentist, I appreciated the explanations and their efforts to make it as painless as possible.

This was my first official visit for a complete examination. I was called regarding this appointment and changed the previous one scheduled for this one. I was very dissapointed that I had to wait more than 45 minutes before called. I was also very concerned with the incorrect information submitted to me for the cost of the service I received. If I had not been fully aware of my dental benefits, I would have been over charged. Once you are over charged, you get a credit and not your money back. This is unacceptable. Thus, I feel that I will always have to have the cost for my service with Coast to be confirmed with my insurance company directly - before accepting anything from the local office. This provides an uncertainity that I would prefer not to have with my dentist office. These issues should be reviewed and corrected for the benefit of all; and especially the cuystomers.

My husband, myself, and our adult daughter go to this location and see Dr. Carlos Ramos. We have been extremely pleased-and my husband is very hard to please. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and listen!
