I still can't believe it. I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of. The facilities are very clean, and the waiting room is comfy with that homey feeling.
I spoke at length with both the owner and manager and they are lovely, well informed kind Christian men. They are not looking to take advantage of anyone. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in White Rock I fully intent to return there for all my car needs.
I went in fully expecting to spends hundreds of dollars on my breaks. I ended up leaving spending 39.00 for my yearly car inspection. They said its common for Toyotas to squeak with the heat that we have been having. I will need them eventually, but right now they are not necessary. How many of you out there have ever had that experience?
Honesty and Integrality is hard to find, these guys had both!

As usual, the team at Christian Brothers came through. My wife took her car in to have the battery checked - it kept losing power. The team determined it was the battery after checking the entire charging system. The battery was replaced, my wife was happy and I was happy. Most inportantly, my bank was happy!! :-)

This was the first time that I used Christian Brothers Automotive-White Rock in Dallas, Texas.
I took my car in for a second opinion and was amazed at the quality and efficient service received. They explained, with clarity, what was needed and when they would be finished. The charges by Christian Bothers Automotive were much less than my previous estimate.
This location has hardworking, skilled employees who you can trust to do what is needed. I will return for future maintenance/repairs and refer their location to others for automotive work.

As usual, the staff was very efficient, and the car was ready quickly and at a reasonble price. The only thing I would correct was that I had left one of C.B.A.'s "$25 off" coupon (of the cost of the repairs) on the front seat, and the $25 was not taken off the bill. I presumed that it would be seen by an employee (since they had to get in the car to work on the problem), and this would be taken care of, so from now I'll know better and hand it over with the keys when I drop off the car...:)
