Christian Brothers gave me superior service. I received an initial free estimate on my repairs. When I dropped my car off to have the repairs completed, they called to notify me of a couple of issues they found to see if I wanted them repaired also. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. To top things off, the folks were extremely professional & the cost was very comparable to others. I will be using CBA from now on!

Brought my 2002 ford f150 in and told them it needed to pass Marta. After over 1000 dollars and a statement of... It will pass now and you shouldn't need anything else done for a long time. Well the engine light came back on the next day and I keep trying to have them fix it but they won't unless I drop it off. I work about 80 hrs a week and my truck is my office. I also just brought my jeep commander in for a tune up. When I drove it home the tranny starts to act up which has never happened before I dropped it off to them. Nice guys but, service is poor.

We understand your frustration. The F150 had multiple misfire and lean codes which the tune-up and cleaning of the mass air flow sensor should correct. The remaining lean code setting the check engine light tells us that there is likely a vacuum or air leak in the system. Your truck has a plastic intake manifold. When the truck is hot it expands and seals the leak off making it impossible to find the leak. We need to perform a smoke test to find the leak when the truck is cold. That is why we requested that you leave it overnight. We understood that you were planning to do that. Please let us know how we can help coordinate that with rides, etc. We will test the truck as soon as we open and get some resolution to the problem.
Regarding the Jeep, we did replace the spark plugs, but this is the first we have heard of transmission issues. We will be happy to look into that as well.
