While I went in with the highest of hopes due to the reviews on the web adn the Christian ethic, I was disapointed. I left the car on Thursday night for an 8 am Friday appointment. They didn't call me on Friday - I had to call them at 4:30 only to find that they had to order a radiator that wouldn't be in until Monday, and of course, they are closed on the weekend. On Monday afternoon after I had already returned my rental car, I stopped by at lunchtime only to find out they claim the wrong part was in the box and they had to reorder. That reorder came in a with a wrong hose or something and I think they were short a mechanic or two. The cost of the radiator was $360 I got quotes from Advance Auto for $148 and could find it on line for $148 for OEM as well, so I feel I was grossly overcharged. I got an oil change I didn't ask for as well when all I thought they were doing was degreasing the undercarriage to determine the source of an oil leak. My oil had just been changed 1 month ago at another facility. As soon as I got home, the car began again spewing antifreeze all over the place. We determined that the hose to the overflow tank must have been leaned on and broken the nib off the tank leaving it stuck inside the hose. The entire reservoir now has to be replaced and I'm having it done at another facility. I'm sorry, but I won't go back. Other than that, the folks were friendly and the facility is nice.
