THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE MY NEW PUPPY AND WILL CONTINUE TO CARE FOR MY OTHER ANIMALS!

Thanks Dr. Ainspan for taking good care of Izzy as always. Cindy did such a lovely groom on both Izzy and Millie. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Polite, professional, caring staff. Appt was on time. Veterinarian was concise and gave us choices on how to care for our 11 year old cats given their deteriorating health. Price for services was much better than expected.

Your tech physically hurt my dog. He has a HUGE blood red bruise on him. I can only imagine the pain that my 12 year old dog had to endure based on this bruise

Centreville Square Animal Hospital replied:

I'm glad you were able to speak with Dr. Margolis about the situation and as he discussed with you, this can sometimes happen when obtaining urine via cystocentesis in the same way we bruise after giving blood. If you need anything else, please feel free to contact us. -- Sean Cronin, Office Manager

Very good experience with both the vet and the administrative staff. My dog actually loves to visit!

Previous reviews is what made us choose this vet. We could not be happier with the treatment of our precious little girl. The care we received is exactly what we were hoping for. Dr. Adam was informative and sensed our concerned and put us at ease. Her treatment was simple, thank goodness. Would highly recommend this vet!

Dr. Margolis is absolutely wonderful! I have not been to the other vets there, so cant review them. The technicians were kind, polite, and helpful too. We've been to him several times for regular checkups and shots, but really got to experience his expertise under serious conditions recently. My 14 y.o. cat Josie developed severe gastrointestinal illness and was very sick and extremely listless. We took her to an emergency hospital twice due to timing, and she improved somewhat, but still wasn't eating, which is especially serious for cats. Dr. Margolis worked with us, offered options, did some tests, was respectful and understanding of our concerns (Josie's quality of life, finances, everything). He was patient and pleasant throughout my repetitive questions, yet also realistic and straight forward with what he needed to get through to me. He was honest (he gave me the truth compared to the emergency place, which told me the cat would go into kidney failure and die after 3 days of not eating. Turns out, as per Dr. M, it's more like 7 days) He even called me two days later during his busy day to follow up about her not eating and ended up on the phone for over 40 minutes! You just cant ask for more. On the 6th day, when we would have been forced to decide on feeding tube or euthanasia, Josie started eating on her own, and now she seems happier and healthier than she'd been in a year! (she needed to loose a couple pounds so we capitalized on the new regimen to help her do that). Dr. Margolis showed us how to feed her with a syringe without too much force, and she really liked the special food (for these situations) they had for sale. I think she is still alive in part due to his helping us with that technique. We are so glad to have him for a vet. We plan to use him in the future when we get a dog.

The vet was great. The front desk lady could be a little more friendly. I didn't get the vibe that she wanted to be there from her.

Bear and Bruno are always given THE BEST CARE from everyone at Centreville Square Animal Hospital. After picking up Bear and Bruno from boarding on Monday, I noticed that he wasn't acting like himself. He was a little lethargic, sneezing and had cloudy eye discharge so, I called on Tuesday and was able to be seen that same day. After examination, Bruno was diagnosed with allergies and an ear infection. What really scored major points with me was when Dr. Villar checked Bear free of charge, just to make sure he was okay. My family and I moved from North Carolina 5 months ago and I'm glad I was able to find an animal hospital where Bear and Bruno don't mind going to (p.s. Bear used to act nervous during his vet visit in NC).
