I came into your shop just based on the high end frames in your window and was blown away by the wonderful customer service. I was a walk-in patient having never been seen there before and I was treated like a long-time patient. The pre-physician exam was extremely thorough and well explained throughout the process. Once I met with the Doctor, it only got better. I have new cataracts and had no knowledge of what to expect or what my options were. Her exam was thorough, her explanations were detailed and understandable and I thankful for the cataract education and her patience in explaining my options to me. Thank you for seeing me on such short notice.

My son and I just recently had a visit with Dr. Dene which was wonderful! The staff, Mailey, Armando, Corrina, and Jaslyn are so helpful and efficiant. They were so professional and caring. My appointment was handled in a timely manner, my time with the doctor was very professional and kind, she answered all mine and my sons questions, never rushed and was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were so aware of our needs and readily available to answer any of our questions or concerns. My family and I will always seek medical and eye care from Buena Vista Eyecare because of their staff! We feel part of the family there, they always remember our names and have bringht smiles when we enter or leave. We love our visits there!
