Excellent! -- My replacement veneer (front tooth) was perfect! Dr. Blau is a true "artist". He matched up the coloring to perfection, and, of course this being my front tooth.....I was a bit apprehensive... I highly recommend him!!!

I just went in for an appointment yesterday and had another great experience. I wanted to darken my hair a little for the Fall. I usually have two shades of blonde and Kandacey did a wonderful job adding some lowlights to my hair as well. It looks very natural and I am really happy with how much dimension my hair has. The blow out afterwards by her assistant was good and my hair smelled like wonderful Aveda products. I can't sing her praises enough. Kandacey is awesome! I have been her client for almost three years and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else in New York. I would urge anyone looking for natural looking highlights to see her.read more …

This was my 4th or 5th time here. The first few times, I loved the results and individual attention. Last time I went (late september), I notice the roots and cut were sloppy. Again, I love the color and typically good attention to my needs during the process. This time I was clearly double booked despite making my appointment in advance. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment start time, Elyse rushed through the color, ommitted the gloss step, and had someone else attempt to dry out my hair (they did not do a good job. Elyse tried to jump in and assist (while her other appointment was mid-cut) which was unacceptable. I mean, two people drying your hair on each side? NO THANK YOU. So Elyse finished the second half of the lower part of drying my hair and left the top half to the barely competent assistant that had started with me. At this point it was 9 pm (I had a 6:15 appointment) and I almost missed a date. Never mind that I showed up to the date at the last minute with my hair looking like I did it myself. I'm never coming back. Way disappointed that I thought I'd "found" my hair place.read more …
