Very disapointed that I made an appointment for a pedicure at Ladies and Gentlemen only to be told upon my arrival that the appointment was at Brown Aveda. Some things aren't worth saving a few dollars on. This is one of them. I have been a client for over 30 years and I am very disapointed that this happened. I don't feel as a client I need to give direction to a student , also I prefer OPI which isn't used at the school. Epic failure in my opinion. 2 hours for a pedicure when I could have been done in under an hour at L&G. Next time I call I will have to CLARIFY that I want L&G. Something that I never felt I would have to do, but I will from now on.
