I recommend Brighter Day Dental for everyone but if you are worried about going to the dentist because of prior experiences with pain and a less than comfortable environment, your search is over. The staff is amazing--professional, fast but thorough, pleasant. The Dr is the best--completely dedicated to making sure the care is the best possible, absolutely top notch. In my 40 years of going to a dentist since a child, I have not received such incredible care. I cannot recommend this office enough. It is also worth noting that this practice is in the 21st century--online forms, text message reminders, and much more that is directly related to the technology used for your dental work.

Dr. Dokko is heaven sent. I was terrified of the dentist due to previous experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. Lorri has A-1 customer service skills. They make you feel as if you are more than just a patient, but a friend. Dr. Dokko also have an outstanding assistant, (african american young lady) she was a true calming factor on my first day there. I am in the process of getting major work done and each step has been explained to me. After each procedure I recieve a call to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions to please call them. As small as some of these things may seem to be they are huge when it comes to someone who has neglected their dental health because of a bad experience. I would reccommend Brighter Day Dental to the world, because you will have brighter days after going to Dr. Dokko, (corny, but true). Last but not least, Ms. Maggie, she's just like the friend next door. She was so pleasant, she talked to me as if she had known me for a little while. The personnel within this dental office is just an A-1 group of people. I am so glad that they have given me a better outlook when it comes to a dentist office. If you are looking for a dentist please consider this office, you will not regret it. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

I am new to the area and feel lucky to have discovered Brighter Day Dental. My check-up was non-threatening, professional, and complete, with a thorough explanation of what I needed. All employees were friendly & knowledgeable, and Dr. Chul Dokko was terrific!

After being to the dentist only two other times in my life (parents were both scared of dentists) and realizing in my mid 20's that I could have real problems later in life, I looked up reviews and went to brighter day dental. I can say that I'm glad I did and would highly recommend Dr Chul Dokko to anyone looking for a great dentist

My experience went as well as I could have hoped. The staff was very supportive, knowledgeable and honest to me, insuring there would be no surprises and the dentist himself was more than I could have hoped for in that he told me what i wanted to hear and even a little of what I didn't want, but needed to hear all while keeping me feeling comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this dental practice and will definitely be going back.

I was very nervous and have a fear of dentists. My entire experience was very good. The staff were very sensitive to my concerns and I was treated very well. The dentist did an excellent job and my experience was relatively pain free.
