I was a walk-in with a abscess tooth and they were completely understanding with my issue. Gave me paperwork to fill out and they had me in a chair in no time. They are all extreamly friendly and my favourite a sense of humor. Thank y'all for the help and will recommend this office to others.

Tiffany is awesome! She always does a great job cleaning my teeth, is knowledgable and overall a very sweet nice person!

As a professional, I was taught AIDET: Acknowledge (Your patient by name); Introduce (Yourself and your credentials); Duration (how long the procedure will take); Explain (The procedure you are about to perform); Thank (the patient for choosing your business). The person who called me to the back was the only person who used my name and she did not introduce herself. The dentist was the only one who did introduce herself and I had several people working on me! Most everyone was nice but explained very little.

When I paying my bill, I noticed there was substantial amount difference in the quote I was given and the bill I was asked to pay. When I questioned the receptionist about the difference, she simply stated, "I don't know, that's just the way it is and the estimates are not always exact!" When I went home and reviewed the estimate and my bill, it was obvious that there was an amount from the prior visit that was owed. It took less than 5 minutes to figure it out. Your "nameless' receptionist may need a little in-service.

Although, it has been 5 days since my visit, I feel the dental work is about average. One tooth has been cutting my floss immediately and should be sanded. Also, my jaw is still in pain and I have been taking Tylenol daily. I'm thinking the pain is from the injections of novocaine and not the teeth.

I hope this information was helpful to you and your office staff and I hope to see improvements during my next visit. Overall, I liked this office on my second visit.

First time at earthbound was probably the best haircut experience I ever had. The hairdresser was extremely well knowledgeable about the science behind obtaining healthy hair. Not only did I leave with a great cut I also took away some great information on how to take care of my hair. Normally when I walk into a hair Solon i leave with a random cut that I really had no say in. But at earthbound the hairdresser actually listens to what you want and applies it to your cut. All in all with the great customer service and professional grade haircut earthbound will always be my hair place.
