Honestly...it was the worse experience I ever had. There was no type of disinfectant or sanitizing wipe used on my face before the needles were applied. The needles felt dull and it was excruciatingly painful. There was one spot the the needle was forced through some scar tissue. I thought I was going to come out of the seat. My first experience, at a different business, was very pleasant and just felt like a few little sticks. But this experience was very traumatic. I left quickly in tears and had to have ice on my face for hours. sorry, I will never come back or recommend anyone else to come here.

It was a Friday afternoon, so they were busy and crowded...not enough room in the locker room....the snacks should always be stocked and fresh, but it wasn't. The big kicker, the hot tub was not in operation - which defeated the purpose of me arriving early to RELAX. Aside from that - the massage (by Rachel) was GREAT!! I will return, but not on a Friday afternoon.

We had a So-So experience! Atmosphere was nice, staff VERY courteous/ friendly, however we didn't have $140.00 exprience. My daughters nails were awful (her description, she's 15), and my manicure didn't last thru mid- week of VACATION,.

Excellent massage. Kaysi found a couple of tight areas and worked on them for me and offered some good stretching exercises I can try at home to help. She is awesome!

The staff was excellent. I felt very well taken care of as each person seemed well prepared in their position. The facility was clean, and the mood appropriate and everything was handle professionally. Kasey was great... she informed me of all she was doing and did a great job on my massage. I do plan to return.
