Courtney has been a vital part of why I continue to go to Beleza. Results have been great too.

I went in for the first time and was curious to try Botox. They were very informative and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be continuing to see this generous staff.

The front desk staff was very nice, but Joyce who performed the service was okay. Not super friendly or warm which is important so you feel comfortable asking questions. I will return to Beleza, but will ask for someone else next time.

A simple quick appointment for a pre-op blood draw I made for 2pm. I had some things change on my schedule and called to see if I could go in at 10am; 4 hours earlier. They accomadated me and I was in and out fairly quickly. The schedule change made a big difference in my day and I so apprecitated it.

Fantastic experience receiving laser hair removal. I got my lower legs done for the first time. Didn't feel a thing. Really. My legs look great and I enjoyed relaxing during the procedure. If I wasn't moving, I would be back for more!

Horrible experience. They choose profit over patients - or are simply incompetent. BEWARE. A previously employed dentist suggested a "prophylactic" crown for a tooth with a decades-old filling. Having just gone through a root canal, I took his advice. The tooth -which was asymptomatic beforehand - became sensitive. I was told there was nothing to really do about that & it would improve. "At least we are sure the tooth is protected now." Now, nearly 2yrs later, I have developed a cavity along the base of that crown. Dr. Emery has a new partner now. He wanted to re-crown it. I was in a lot of pain & asked many questions about whether a new crown would truly fix the problem. Since it'd been less than 5 years, my insurance would not cover a new crown. I repeatedly stated that if there were any chance of needing a root canal in the future, I'd rather go straight to that now. He kept assuring me it would be fine. I had significant pain with the temporary crown & called the office. Again expressing my concern & question about options/expectations/etc and going straight to the root canal. Again, I was told the final crown would do the trick & there was nothing to do in the meantime; but, he'd call me in a prescription narcotic (which I declined - I used high dose Ibuprofen). The day of the crowning I again expressed that I didn't see how the final crown would stop the pain if the temporary was so painful. I again requested a root canal if there was even the slightest chance of that outcome in the next couple of years. Again, I was told that the crown was the route to go. I would be pain-free within 2 days max. The pain continued & worsened. I called the office a week later & was told to go see an Endodontist for a needed root canal! The endodontist explained that my symptoms (which included pain with cold, *heat*, & pressure) proved that a root canal was necessary from the beginning. I wasted my time, lost work time($), & lost hundreds of dollars to Whitestone Dental. To add insult to injury, when I called their office the final time, I was told what the original dentist had written in my chart about the original crown. ... To state it simply, it did not match what I was told at the time - but his notes did conveniently match the necessary parameters for a higher insurance payment even if the x-rays did not. (?Insurance Fraud?)
