I have received both e-mails and text messages to confirm my appointment tomorrow. I replied CONFIRM to all. I then called Beleza today to pay for my appointment, and I was told that I wasn't even on the books. Apparently, the person who I had my appointment with has quit. In addition, the machine used for hydrafacials won't even be at the Cedar Park location so I cannot get my treatment done at that location. It was upsetting to know that if I had not called to pay for my appointment then I would have driven all the way to the Cedar Park location in Friday afternoon traffic all for nothing.
I proceeded to make my appointment for a hydrafacial with a different person at a different location. I was told I could go to RiverPlace. I asked the secretary for an address and she said it's at 620 and 2222. Given the commercialism on these highways I wanted an actual address, but she just said 620 and 2222 again. I asked the secretary if I could get a specific address, and she told me "10601 RR 620." However, when I Googled the address it took me nowhere near the intersection of 620 and 2222. I just Googled Beleza Med Spa locations in Austin, and I figured the address out. The secretary gave me the WRONG address. Had I not decided to look up directions ahead of time I would have missed my appointment tomorrow which would have added to the frustration of the aforementioned situation.
I am disappointed in the customer service I have received this afternoon through Beleza, and I wanted that known. If it continues to be this frustrating to make appointments I don't see how I or anyone else would continue to purchase your services.
