This is the Best Dental office around! Priority is the patient in this office! From the front staff to the back staff! They use the best and highest quality of equipment! I am honored to communicate my thoughts of Bancroft Dental and Mike Chang! I've been to many dentist over the years, finally ending up frequenting a friend who is a dentist but he is now retired. Between these experiences and various other Dr's practices over the years, Bar-none -This is one amazing practice!! Chang is the very best Dr I have ever been too. The environment was comfortable and reception desk staff very nice. From there, once in the chair and dealing with all others, you immediately realize that everyone works in perfect harmony. Dr. Changs delivery was stellar, he took the time to educate me completely, was as pleasant as it gets and cared. Clearly they have the latest state of the art equipment and a top notched staff. He has done his home work, a lot of work in fact to build such an exceptional practice, beating out all other experiences I have ever had with dentist and other medical professionals. Soup to nuts, Bancroft Dental is the best. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere and will most definitely refer. They get all of 5 Stars!!!!!

Staff is very friendly and they are great with offering so many different options for appts. The office and rooms are always very clean.

And when I was inconvienced with having to come back for another apoointment they gave me a giftcard for a free starbucks. Score!!
