My experiance at Balensi was relaxing and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I will definatly be a returning client and will refer my family and friends to the spa. The charictoristics of Ms. Balensi was professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with her calm demior and kindness.

I have used several Living Social and Groupon coupons for spa services. Balensi Spa is my favorite. Also, I have had a lot of facials at salons and there was always a lot of noise from other parts of the salon. I love how quiet and relaxing Balensi Spa is. I will come back and I will tell all of my friends.

i have an appt for facial & i thought that my appt was at 3pm.i called them that i was on my way and the receptionist named Lea/lia whatever,who answered the phone said that my appt was at 2pm and i missed it.i missed it and i get charged for it.i asked her if i can have it done for at 3pm since i thought that my appt was at 2pm and she said that they are fully booked ,i asked her too if i can resched my appt and she said "NO".i swear they have a really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..they should give their customer a reminder call & i asked her if she can give me a one time courtesy and not charge me since i really thought that my appt was at 3pm..and still she said no because the system charge me by the end of the day not her.and i even told her that when i called to booked an appointment she didn't mention about how it works that there is the same fee for cancellation..and then again she said that it was clearly explained to me when she talked to me.REALLY???if youve told me that im not gonna argue with you.and when i asked her that i need to speak to a supervisor wow she said that she is the supervisor.LEA/LiAH was really unprofessional.she needs to improve her customer service.iM GONNA TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES NOT TO GO HERE.REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

This was my first time at Balensi's, and the first time to have permanent make up applied. My experience was beyond my expectations! The atmosphere and staff were very helpful and friendly. Jean-Michel totally explained the procedure before beginning. I am very pleased with my upper and lower permanent eyeliner! And there was no pressure to buy products or to do more than what I had wanted done. My entire experience was something I would recommend to others. Thank you again for a wonderful first time visit to Balensi's!

Really you are asking me how was the service! When you charged me for an appt I couldn't make!!!! I think the first time was bad after having me shower with freezing water and I waited 2 years to come back give it another try and you charge me for services I did not received! You guys are the worse!!!!!! And since I can't get the review done without putting a star I'll just put one but really you deserve nothing!!!!!
