Other than the long wait it was a great experience (for going to the dentist.) Dr. Nguyen was one of the best dentists I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Bluebonnet dental. Everyone is really friendly and accomodating and the office itself is very clean and relaxing.

MY EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY WENT MUCH BETTER THEN EXPECTED. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN THERE A FEW YEARS AGO AND WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I NEVER WENT BACK. DUE TO BEING IN THE ARMY I WAS FORCED TO GO TO BLUEBONNET DENTAL FOR A CHECK UP, I WASN'T TOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT. THANKS TO A VERY SWEET ASSISTANT AND DR.TALLEY THEY HAVE WON ME OVER AND I WILL MOST CERTAINLY RETURN FOR ALL OF MY DENTAL NEEDS, INCLUDING CLEANINGS. I LIKE DR.TALLEY BECAUSE SHE IN NOT PUSHY, SHE EXPLAINS THINGS VERY WELL, AND SHE IS SO NICE. THE ASSISTANT MADE SURE THAT I WAS COMFORTABLE AND AFTER MY EXAM SHE ALSO ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING. The surgery that was scheduled for 5/13 was cancelled when I showed up ..I had 3 phone calls the Friday before telling me to show up 30 min.- 1 hour before my appt. for my sedation. I was never told I was supposed to do bite impressions to order the bottom dentures (which takes 2 weeks to come in)! I can understand this to be an over site except for he fact I was in a few days each week after my surgery on the top teeth...when I checked out each time I came in,I asked if there was anything that needed to be done for the bottom teeth....the desk girl told me it was all done and they were all ready for the bottom procedure!

I went home to get my top denture to go ahead and do the bite impression and Donna told me to ask for her when I got back. I did ask for Donna when I returned and was told she would be with me shortly! After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I walked up to the desk and asked for Donna once again...the receptionist apologized and said she thought Donna had already brought me to the back...in other words, they forgot about me! When they had someone else help me, she called me immediately and also was great throughout the procedure....I wish I remembered her name since she made me feel better about the problems I had had with your office.

I was treated very well by the staff. I had a good experience while I was there. I had four wisdom teeth extracted and I did not have pain. Very little swelling afterwards. They did a work extracting my wisdom teeth. I recommend Bluebonnet Dental to anyone.
