You guys have a "good thing" going over there! It's time to graduate and service fine cars, starting with Acura, almost exclusively. I would say Acura, Lexus, and Audi. Specialize in periodic maintenance for performance abnormalities (vs. brake repair), audio technology, and window tinting. Sharpen your focus. Don't become an "I can do it all auto repair". Get rid of the other clientele and start an marketing campaign with the selected customers you have to bring others into your shop. I can help with the marketing plan.
